SHIPPING POLICY

All NZ orders are sent via a tracked Fastway courier. Shipping costs throughout NZ range from $6 NZD per order for our smaller items, up to $10 NZD per order for our larger items. There is an additional charge for Delivery to Rural Addresses.

International Shipping ranges from $10 NZD to $20 NZD depending on weight of purchase.  

Shipping quote will be provided at checkout, (before proceeding to payment) after shipping address is added.

We pride ourselves on providing you with quality products and outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange to exchange or provide a full refund on the purchase price (excl shipping cost). Items must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it, in a new and unused condition. Please note custom orders and personalised items are non refundable, unless faulty.
